Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdr77 ("we", "us", "bdr77", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the bdr77 platform — including its website at bdr77.vip, its mobile browser interface, any games, betting markets, or services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use or access the bdr77 platform. bdr77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Eligibility

In order to register for and use bdr77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant to bdr77 that, at all times while you use the platform, the following is true:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdr77 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. bdr77 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age compliance.
• You are accessing bdr77 from Bangladesh. The platform is intended for users located in Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted and is entirely the user's responsibility.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. You are using your own funds and your own payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank accounts registered in your name) for all transactions on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdr77 or had your account suspended or terminated by bdr77 for breach of these Terms.
• You understand that all forms of online gambling carry financial risk and that bdr77 provides gaming and betting services as entertainment, with no guarantee of financial return.

bdr77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user who does not meet these criteria or who provides false information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Account Registration and Security

To use bdr77 services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to all bdr77 accounts:

• One account per person. You may not create, operate, or benefit from more than one bdr77 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited pending investigation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account access with any other person. bdr77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
• All information provided at registration and thereafter (including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details) must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. bdr77 may require documentary evidence to verify the information you provide, including government-issued identification.
• Account balances belong to the registered account holder only. bdr77 does not recognise claims from third parties in respect of funds held in a player's account.

bdr77 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures at any point, including at the time of a withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC to bdr77's satisfaction may result in withdrawal delays or refusal and account suspension pending resolution.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions conducted through the bdr77 platform. All amounts referenced in these Terms are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed instantly. bdr77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on your bdr77 account. bdr77 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bdr77 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account misuse, or incomplete KYC. In such cases, bdr77 will notify the account holder and provide reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
• Active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Funds derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in bonus forfeiture.
• bdr77 applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls in accordance with best-practice standards. All deposits and withdrawals may be subject to monitoring. Where suspicious activity is identified, bdr77 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending regulatory review.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdr77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a verified bdr77 account in good standing. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device. Multiple registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion's terms and are displayed in your bdr77 account dashboard once the bonus is credited.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement rules as deposit bonuses. Free spin winnings will be capped at a maximum value as described in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup are subject to their own specific terms which will be published on the bdr77 platform at the time of the promotion. Standard bonus T&C apply where not superseded by the promotion-specific terms.

Betting and Game Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the bdr77 platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game and sports betting market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules prevail in respect of the game or market to which they apply.

• All bets placed on bdr77 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the part of bdr77, in which case bdr77 will void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• bdr77 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or adjust odds where it identifies a manifest error in the odds displayed, where an event outcome is already known at the time of betting, or where bdr77 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of an event has been compromised.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market on the bdr77 platform. bdr77 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• The outcomes of all casino games offered through bdr77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by the game provider. bdr77 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. All game providers in the bdr77 portfolio are subject to independent RNG certification audits.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdr77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods, chargebacks, or any form of payment manipulation intended to circumvent bdr77's financial controls.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, or placing bets in a pattern specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk while extracting bonus value.
• Money laundering or any use of bdr77 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. bdr77 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bdr77 platform in a manner not intended for regular human use, including automated betting, automated game play, or data scraping.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bdr77 account credentials or account access to any third party for any reason, including for the purpose of allowing a third party to gamble on your behalf.

bdr77 employs active monitoring to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdr77 will act without prior notice and may refer the matter to relevant Bangladesh authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdr77 platform — including but not limited to its website design, logos, trademarks, game content displayed through the platform, software, text, graphics, images, and database structure — is the property of bdr77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdr77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any bdr77 content without the express prior written consent of bdr77. Any unauthorised use of bdr77 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdr77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether bdr77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bdr77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

bdr77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bdr77 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

bdr77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bdr77 will endeavour to notify registered players via the platform or via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, where this is practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the bdr77 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact bdr77 support to close your account.

Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and bdr77 that cannot be resolved informally should be referred to bdr77's customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. bdr77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
